Welcome to NEXA (nexaconnects.com). By accessing our Website or purchasing an eSIM or VPN service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Our Services

NEXA sells travel eSIM data plans and VPN plans. eSIM plans provide mobile data connectivity in supported destinations. VPN plans provide secure internet connectivity through the supported apps on your devices. Details of available plans, coverage and pricing are shown on the Website at the time of purchase.

Accounts

To place an order you may need to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Your account password is stored in encrypted form and can never be retrieved by us.

Orders and Payment

All prices are displayed in the chosen currency and the final amount is shown before you confirm your order. We accept the payment methods listed at checkout. To complete an order you must provide valid payment confirmation, which we verify before the order is processed. An order is only accepted once we confirm it on our side.

Delivery and Activation

eSIM orders are delivered by email or through your NEXA account after payment is confirmed. VPN orders are delivered with a configuration or subscription link once the order is processed. Activation times may vary and depend on your device and the destination network.

Device Compatibility

You are responsible for confirming that your device supports eSIM (for eSIM plans) and can run the supported VPN apps (for VPN plans) before purchasing. Please check our device and setup guides if you are unsure.

Refund Policy

All sales are final. Refunds are not available. Once an order has been delivered or activated, including the delivery of an eSIM QR code or a VPN configuration link, the purchase cannot be refunded. Please review plan details, coverage and device compatibility carefully before completing your purchase. If you experience a genuine problem with your service, contact us and we will do our best to resolve it.

Responsible Use

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in line with these terms. You may not use the services to engage in or facilitate illegal activity, or in a way that harms other users, networks or third parties.

Fair Usage and Network Availability

Mobile data speeds, availability and coverage depend on the destination, local networks and your device. So-called unlimited or high-data plans are subject to reasonable fair-usage limits and network conditions. We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party networks outside our control.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NEXA is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, our services. Our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on the Website.
