Clash Verge — Linux Setup

Download Clash Verge for Linux, install it with your distribution's package manager, then follow the steps below to import your NEXA subscription and connect.

   Download and install

   Use the Download button on the Clash Verge card in Setup Guides — it fetches the newest .deb (Debian / Ubuntu) build directly. Other builds (.rpm for Fedora / RHEL, ARM packages) are in the download section at the end of this page.

   Install the .deb with sudo apt install ./Clash.Verge_*_amd64.deb, or the .rpm with sudo dnf install ./Clash.Verge-*.x86_64.rpm, then open Clash Verge from your applications menu.

   

   

   If the app does not start

   Some distributions are missing the WebKit runtime Clash Verge needs — install webkit2gtk (or webkit2gtk-4.1) from your package manager and open the app again.

   Running the app as a normal user is enough for System Proxy mode; TUN mode needs the service described in step 6.

   Language (optional)

   You can optionally change the language under Settings → Verge Basic Settings → Language.

   Copy and import your NEXA configuration

   Open My Orders on this site and copy your Subscription URL.

   Open Clash Verge, go to Profiles, paste the link into the URL field and click Import.

   When the new configuration appears, click it to activate it. The available NEXA nodes load with it.

   Optional: right-click the configuration card → Edit Info and set Update Interval to 1440 so your configuration refreshes about once per day.

   Select a node and Rule mode

   Open Proxies and select Rule mode, then expand the node list and choose an available NEXA node or region.

   Rule — recommended.

   Global — all traffic uses the proxy.

   Direct — the proxy is off.

   If the connection does not work, make sure your configuration and a node are selected, then try another node.

   Enable System Proxy

   Open Settings and turn System Proxy on.

   Once System Proxy is on, supported browsers and apps connect through NEXA automatically. This is the simplest mode on Linux and needs no extra permissions.

   

6. 6

   Optional: TUN / Virtual Network Mode

   Only needed for applications that do not use the normal system proxy. Open Settings, enable TUN / Virtual Network Mode and allow the permission it asks for.

   If the permission prompt cannot install the service, run Clash Verge once with sudo (or install the packaged clash-verge-service) and enable TUN again.
